Wacky Hair Day and Final Assembly Term 1 2016

Wow its our last assembly for 2016 and as we look around the hall there are many many awesome wacky hair do's.

Congratulations to Kobi for excellent effort in improving his handwriting.

Also a special award goes to Aarav as our Term 1 Yr 3 Best Student.  Well done Aarav Whaea hopes you enjoy Rainbows End.

Date with an Illustrator - Lyn Kreiger

Today we went to the hall and listened to Lyn and her friends.  We met Teddy then Lyn drew pictures and then made up a story using our names.

Next she showed us her puppets, a monkey, a lion, and an Indonesian Hand puppet.

Then she told us a story about the World's Biggest Cheese.

What an awesome show we all enjoyed it.

The Fairest of them All Wednesday 6th April

This morning the whole school went to a play yaaay

First of all they sold an antique baby bear chair $600, a magic lamp 80 gold pieces, mirror on the wall not sold.

The play was about different fairy tales Goldilocks, Aladins Lamp, Snow White, 3 Billy Goats Gruff, Sparta, 3 Little Pigs, the 7 dwarfs

In the land far far away......what a cool cool show!

Grandparents Reading to R16 - Tues 5 April 2016

Room 16 was very fortunate to have 2 Grandmas read to us this morning.  A big thank you to Sam's Grandma and Lily's Grandma.  We really enjoyed your stories.  
